The Direction of the Holiday House “Maria Assunta” is committed to creating a friendly atmosphere in the environment for a relaxing stay in the summer. That’s why he kindly asks guests to collaborate to keep the environment intact and who comes after finding it equally neat and dignified.
The performance begins with the arrival day lunch.
IN CASE OF DELAY ON ARRIVE OR IN ADVANCE ON THE DEPARTURE FOR ANY REASON, A PENALTY OF 1/3 OF THE DAILY RATE IS REQUIRED
For unused beds in a room, for any reason, the requested fee will be € 23.00 per bed per night.
ALL GUESTS MUST PRESENT VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT ON ARRIVAL
Remember:
- Keep closed doors and windows when air conditioning is in operation;
- It is absolutely forbidden to smoke throughout the House;
- It is forbidden to turn on stoves in the room or in the bathroom
- Do not throw into the toilet bulky things, but always use the appropriate containers;
- Pets are not allowed.
It is required that meal times be met:
- Breakfast from 08.10 to 09.20
- Lunch at 12.25
- Dinner at 19.25
The menu is fixed, each request is considered extra and therefore payable separately.
DO NOT ALLOW DEROGATIONS FOR UNKNOWN MEALS.
Only drinks from the House are allowed at the table.
The seating of the seats is prepared by the reception, according to the spirit of conviviality that animates the House and according to the availability of spaces.
Only the guests of the House are allowed in the dining room, any day guests will be accommodated at the reception’s discretion, with at least one day’s notice.
It is recommended to observe the silence times from 13.30 to 15.00 and from 22.00 to 07.00 in the morning.
The evening return time is set at 23.30.
Access to the beach is reserved for guests only.
Friends or relatives who wish to use them will have to ask for the reception.
It is recommended, for its own safety, to comply with the rules laid down by the Port Authority, exhibited on the rescue tower.
The family is responsible for their children at all times.
Guests will take care of the order of their room; Any damage to furniture and furnishings of the House will be charged if not reported on arrival.
Access to the room is only allowed to guests.
The room is available from 11.30 am and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The room changes required to improve the living conditions will be subject to a € 6.00 payment for each person who will benefit from this service.
Towels will be changed every 3 days and sheets every 5 days. For more frequent rates a surcharge will be required.
In respect of the style of the House, it is required that the clothing of the guests is always dignified, so the use of the swimsuit and the sundeck is limited to the beach itself.
It is forbidden to put cloth on the parapets of the terraces.
The Management declines any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to property and people. There is no liability and insurance coverage for cars parked inside the property.
The deposit will be returned in full if the notice of termination by letter, fax or e-mail will be sent at least 40 days before the expected arrival date, partially if at a later date and however always and only with medical certificate.
You will not be entitled to any refund if you receive a communication within seven days of your arrival.
The reservation is personal, no substitutions are allowed in the room or in the dining room.
